This role plays a crucial part in our team, where you'll be tasked with handling a variety of accounting responsibilities. The focus of the job function includes account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and general ledger tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the process of account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Execute balance sheet reconciliations by comparing company records with balance statements.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to confirm all transactions align with our financial records.
- Manage general ledger tasks to maintain accurate financial information.
- Ensure the accuracy of journal entries and promptly correct any discrepancies.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze and report financial data.
- Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded.
- Utilize NetSuite for financial planning and operations management.
- Work with Oracle to streamline financial data management.
- Employ SAP for efficient financial operations and reporting.
- Applicant should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Accountant or a related role.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is mandatory.
- Must have experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Experience in Bank Reconciliations is required.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining General Ledger is essential.
- Must be adept at creating and managing Journal Entries.
- Should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Month End Close procedures is required.
- Proficiency in using NetSuite is essential.
- Experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in using SAP is mandatory.
