Healthcare industry familiarity is a valued plus but not required.Key Responsibilities:Manage opening balance reviews and ensure alignment with company policies and accounting standards.Convert financial reporting from cash basis to accrual basis, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration into existing systems.Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.Reconcile complex general ledger accounts, including month-end and year-end close processes.Leverage audit experience to ensure rigorous internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes while maintaining operational excellence.Assist with external audits, tax filings, and financial reporting, providing leadership in audit preparation and execution.Identify areas for continuous improvement in reporting systems and contribute to workflow enhancements.
