Responsibilities:• Handle customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for managing customer data• Conduct detailed analysis and review of customer accounts• Oversee billing functions and claim administration within the system• Implement effective collection processes to ensure timely payments• Conduct computer research for account and credit management• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure all payments are accounted for.
