We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry for a Sr. Compensation Analyst near Uncasville. The Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive compensation analysis, assisting in annual reviews, and maintaining high-level communication regarding compensation administration.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed compensation analysis to support merit increases
- Assist in the execution of annual review processes
- Leverage Bonus Program skills to optimize compensation strategies
- Use strong communication skills to clarify compensation processes and policies to stakeholders
- Oversee and manage budget processes related to compensation administration
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of compensation data.
- Possess strong knowledge and understanding of Bonus Program structures and strategies.
- Have significant experience in managing Budget Processes, including planning, tracking, and forecasting.
- Demonstrate excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven experience in Compensation Administration, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs.
