We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst located in OAK BROOK, Illinois. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial decision support, maintaining strong partnerships with the Sales & Marketing team, and ensuring financial compliance and accuracy.Responsibilities:• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications• Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and accurate• Proactively addressing customer inquiries and issues• Constant monitoring of customer accounts and taking appropriate action• Participate in Sales & Marketing meetings, providing financial insights and decision support• Conduct regular reviews of financial performance and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance• Deliver financial aspects of the monthly S& OP process, ensuring all judgements and estimates are properly booked/accrued• Identify and address gaps in processes, preparing and communicating periodic analysis around Business Unit performance and budgets/forecasts• Drive annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for the Commercial Business Unit, ensuring alignment with strategic direction and compliance with planning calendar timelines• Collaborate with product managers on their budgets/forecasts, providing analysis around price, mix, promotions, returns, warranty, and other related metrics/trends• Support the Commercial Business Unit's New Product Development projects by creating and maintaining financial business cases, tracking project costs, and documenting project risks and opportunities• Develop and maintain business process documentation, driving continuous improvement and acting as the first line of support for finance front end users• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules, ensuring compliance across their teams• Safeguard company reputation by keeping information confidential• Continually update knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in societies• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed The salary range is $110,000 - $130,000 with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.
