Responsibilities
- Prepare the company's expense plans and monthly forecasts
- Accurately update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyze and provide commentary on variances
- Communicate with vendors and ensure on-time processing of vendor allowances
- Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards and financial policies
- Working within large data sets to tell the financial story
- Technical aspects within systems
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Sr. Financial Analyst
- Proficiency in business systems
- Familiarity with Confluence software
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of and experience with Crystal Reports
- Ability to use data mining techniques effectively
- Experience with the About Time software is preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions
- Experience in auditing processes
- Familiarity with budget processes
- Knowledge of capital management practices
