The Consultant will be responsible for all the grants companywide including, monthly reconciliation, reimbursement, evaluations and finance reports. In addition, the consultant will coordinate with different divisions and make sure all grants are compliant with the funder guidelines. This role is hybrid located in LA, CA.

Technical Skills
- Maintain and reconcile all grants on a monthly basis (reimbursements and expenditures)
- Review grant process and procedures to make sure they are compliant with the guideless set by the funder
- Create and review grant applications and related documents (Financials, Budgets and expenditures)
- Strong communication and Excel skills required
- Possess strong skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage and integrate various financial data.
- Proficient in various accounting functions including preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements.
- Demonstrated experience in Capital Management, understanding its principles and applying them in a government setting.
- Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and standards.
- Extensive knowledge about Government Grants including application, management, and reporting procedures.
- Experience in Grant Accounting, capable of maintaining and managing financial records for grants.
- Familiarity with Federal Grant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Solid background in Grant Management, with the ability to oversee all aspects of grant administration and execution.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
