We are in search of a Sr. HR Generalist to become a part of our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. In the non-profit industry, your main role will be to manage Employee Relations, assist in Recruiting, and streamline the Onboarding processes. Your role will also be pivotal in implementing process improvements to support the growth of our multiple locations.Responsibilities:• Facilitate and manage the onboarding process for new employees.• Assist in full cycle recruiting to meet organizational staffing needs.• Handle employee relations and address any issues that may arise.• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.• Manage benefit functions and ensure employees are aware of their entitlements.• Handle Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) related matters.• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.• Implement process improvements to enhance HR procedures and practices.• Foster a positive work culture and environment.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
