Description
We are seeking a Sr. Network Engineer for our operations. As a Sr. Network Engineer, you will be part of our IT Infrastructure team and will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust networking solutions across our locations globally. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage network infrastructure across different locations worldwide to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
Administer SD-WAN solutions to improve connectivity and promote seamless communication between our global locations.
Configure and manage networking equipment from Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Collaborate with IT teams to enforce network security policies and protocols.
Handle core network services such as DHCP, DNS, and VLAN configurations, and troubleshoot as necessary.
Monitor the network, plan for capacity, and optimize performance.
Lead projects related to the network and coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Document network configurations, changes, and procedures meticulously.
Provide Tier 3 support for escalated networking issues.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of Network Engineering
Demonstrated expertise in Cisco Networking is essential
Proficiency in working with Juniper Networks is required
Sound knowledge of SD-WAN is expected
Must be adept at TCP/IP Networking
Experience with DHCP - DNS is mandatory
Familiarity with Cisco VPN is a must
