Robert Half is actively recruiting for a Senior Procurement Consultant for a Manufacturing company. The consultant’s primary responsibilities will be managing the procurement process, communicating with vendors and internal teams, assisting with purchase order creation and negotiation with vendors. In addition, the consultant will help with centralizing procurement department for both U.S. and Canada. This role is hybrid located in Los Alamitos, CA.Technical Skills-Review and assess current procurement process and provide guidance on procurement best practice-Effective communication skills-Analyze current vendors, contracts and pricing for cost-effective suppliers and Negotiation with vendors-Review and document pricing strategy-Run RFP, contract reviews and support procurement activities-Experience with similar systems such as E-procurement and SAP
Salary : $55 - $70
