This role will be responsible for generating project schedules, processing contractor billings, assisting with project cost tracking, bi-weekly payroll processing, high-volume invoicing, maintaining supplier documentation, investigating project variances, assisting with change orders, preparing financial reports, reconciling subcontractor billings, analyzing project profitability, providing billing structures, and review project expenses. This Sr. Project Accountant must have strong knowledge of construction related accounting software, solid communication skills, and excellent time management abilities.
