Position: Senior Salesforce Developer - Technical Lead (Direct Hire Permanent)

Location: Remote

Salary: up to $170K base annual salary PLUS exceptional benefits

Our premier client company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer - Technical Lead with a deep understanding of Salesforce, its development architecture, best practices, and development methodologies. Provide leadership and guidance to our team while delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Leading Salesforce solution design and implementation.
• Providing technical leadership to a team of developers.
• Defining project scope and architecting solutions that meet business needs.
• Implementing Salesforce data integration patterns.
• Conducting code reviews and quality assurance checks.
• Supporting agile development methodologies.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on Salesforce development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 9 years of Salesforce developer experience.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect)
• Exceptional communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements

Proficient knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Platform is required
Must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Demonstrated ability to work with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform is essential
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is necessary
