We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry for a Sr. Solutions Architect in a location. The selected individual will be expected to design and build systems for regulatory compliance, work within an agile software development team, and contribute to high performance solutions.
Responsibilities:
Define and establish the overarching architectural strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives, scalability, performance, and solution security.
Work closely with the Product Owner and additional stakeholders to understand business needs, transform these into technical requirements, and confirm that architectural decisions support these requirements.
Encourage the development, promotion, and maintenance of software engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality across the development team.
Design the integration of front-end interfaces with back-end databases, APIs, and other computational frameworks to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.
Lead technical discussions during sprint planning and reviews, offering direction to the development team for adherence to architectural principles and resolution of technical challenges.
Conduct regular reviews of system architecture and design to detect potential issues, confirm compliance with standards, and promote the maintainability and scalability of the solutions.
Collaborate with the team to provide accurate scoping and estimation of development efforts, incorporate architectural considerations to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation.
Provide mentorship and technical support to developers, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team to enhance overall technical proficiency.
Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of architectural decisions, technical constraints, and solution benefits to all parties involved.
Requirements
Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required.
Expertise in Backend Development is essential.
Strong knowledge of Cloud Technologies is necessary.
Experience in Agile Scrum methodology is mandatory.
API Development skills are a must.
Familiarity with ASP.NET is needed.
Proficiency in AWS Technologies is required.
Knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET is important.
Ability to demonstrate Critical Thinking skills.
Creative Problem Solving abilities are highly valued.
Experience with Angular is necessary.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps is required.
