Excellent long-term opportunity for a Sr. Stibo Developer. The primary function of this role will involve developing and implementing solutions for our business workflow processes, maintaining the Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP), and working collaboratively with both onshore and offshore teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather and convert business requirements into technical specification, identifying any gaps in the current platform application and suggesting improvements.
- Implement Product MDM and Customer MDM using Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP) in both cloud and on-prem environments.
- Support the business and build teams by providing guidance on best practices and advanced STEP functionality.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the design and configurations of the STEP Components.
- Conduct feasibility studies and report any gaps between the business requirement specifications and the current platform application.
- Engage in meticulous documentation of all project details to ensure comprehensiveness and accuracy.
- Utilize your understanding of Data Modeling Concepts, Hierarchies, Classifications, Workflows, WebUI Integration Endpoints, Event Processors, User Management and STEP Admin tools.
- Work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore development and support teams.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge in relational databases to ensure robust and efficient data management.
- Proficiency in Documentation is required to ensure all work processes are accurately recorded.
- Ability to efficiently manage Answering Inbound Calls, acting as a point of contact for external stakeholders.
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, managing and coordinating HR-related tasks.
- Strong Design skills to contribute to the development and improvement of automotive systems.
- Consulting expertise, providing advice and solutions to meet business objectives.
- Proven track record in Implementation, ensuring the successful rollout of new systems or processes.
- Willingness to Travel as part of the role, meeting with clients and suppliers as required.
- Understanding of Practices within the automotive industry, adhering to industry standards.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, utilizing cloud-based solutions for data management and storage.
- Experience in Integration, ensuring all systems work seamlessly together.
- Knowledge of Best Practices within the automotive industry, ensuring all work is conducted to the highest standard.
- Ability to liaise with Suppliers, negotiating and managing contracts.
- Comfortable with managing Conference Calls, facilitating effective remote communication.
- Experience in Process Improvement, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Knowledge of Component Selection, selecting the most suitable parts for automotive systems.
- Ability to create and interpret Specification documents, outlining the requirements of each project.
- Experience in Configuration Management, maintaining and controlling the product environment.
- Knowledge of Workflow Processes, ensuring tasks are completed in an efficient and orderly manner.
- Proficiency in R Code, using this language for data analysis and statistical computing.
- Understanding of Business Process Functions, ensuring all business operations are conducted effectively.
- Ability to create and interpret a Business Requirement Document, outlining the needs and expectations of the business.
- Experience in Data Management, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Understanding of Bonus Program, managing and distributing bonuses as per company policy.
