Based in the Hamptons, New York, this role will primarily involve maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processes, conducting internal audits, and maintaining accounts payable documentation.Responsibilities• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable and receivable• Conduct regular ledger processes and reconciliations• Assist with the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy• Maintain and update financial records and reports• Prepare and post journal entries as required• Maintain documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conduct periodic audits
