Responsibilities:• Accurately processing vendor cash receipts, whether from lockbox or ACH payments.• Managing credit card receipts postings effectively.• Distributing monthly accounts receivable statements to clients.• Issuing inter-company accounts receivable statements.• Assisting in collections as required.• Overseeing accounts receivable invoice and inquiries.• Filing sales and use tax.• Utilizing various accounting software such as Sage, Epicor, Oracle, OneStream for optimal efficiency.
