Responsibilities:• Oversee the processing of payroll in an accurate and timely manner• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions• Prepare comprehensive financial statements in compliance with industry standards• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in the ledger• Maintain the company ledger with a keen eye for detail• Use your proficiency in Excel and other accounting software to streamline processes• Leverage your understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) in your daily tasks• Make use of your analytical skills to evaluate and improve financial procedures• Carry out month-end close processes effectively• Utilize software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform accounting tasks.
