The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring they comply with legal and company regulations, and assisting with audit preparations.Responsibilities:• Efficiently process accounts payable and receivable• Carry out bank reconciliations and manage some aspects of payroll• Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner• Develop a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts• Ensure the accuracy and legality of recorded financial transactions• Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary information to external auditors• Perform partial checks of the posting process and complete tax forms• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process• Create reports and financial statements based on entered data and maintained records• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
