Responsibilities
- Executing bank reconciliations accurately to maintain financial integrity
- Conducting account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Handling the balance sheet reconciliation process to maintain accuracy in financial statements
- Overseeing the general ledger to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Preparing journal entries in an accurate and timely manner
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
- Ensuring a smooth month-end close by coordinating and reconciling various accounts
- Operating and navigating through the SAP system for various accounting functions.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is crucial for the role of Sr. Accountant.
- Familiarity with General Ledger management is important for this role.
- Ability to perform Journal Entries accurately and efficiently is necessary.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential for this role.
- Experience in managing Month End Close activities is required.
- Proficiency in using SAP software is a big plus.
