Responsibilities
- Effectively conduct bank reconciliations as a key duty
- Undertake month-end close tasks efficiently
- Post relevant data to the General Ledger
- Utilize accounting software, QuickBooks and Sage, for various tasks
- Maintain Journal Entries as part of the accounting process.
- Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Solid understanding and experience with General Ledger management and operations.
- Ability to prepare and maintain Journal Entries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience in executing Month End Close procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for various accounting tasks and functions.
