Please reach out to Austen Zemrock on LinkedIn for a direct confidential conversation or email me a Word version of your resume for more information.Responsibilities:• Handle online banking transactions including ACH processing and positive pay.• Carry out cash management entries and disbursements.• Perform payroll processing and maintain employee records.• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.• Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts.• Generate and keep track of monthly journal entries.• Prepare year-end 1099 forms.• Assist with state tax reporting.• Contribute to year-end financial and tax audits.• Assist in reviewing and charting direct labor rates and indirect costing.• Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.
