Responsibilities:
• Perform quality assurance assessments and approvals for supplier management.
• Contribute to the interpretation of cGXPs for the commercial and clinical environment.
• Resolve complex issues with minimal assistance.
• Conduct supplier management activities such as supplier reassessments, quality agreements, audit reviews, and risk assessments.
• Provide quality assurance support and approval for the qualification of new suppliers and materials.
• Support external agency audits.
• Develop new processes and programs for quality improvement.
• Interface with other departments such as research and development groups.
• Represent Quality Assurance in cross-departmental/cross-site/cross-network meetings/summits.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Engineering
• Experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and standards
• Proficient in Quality Assurance practices including auditing and quality improvement
• Experience in handling materials and working with suppliers
• Skilled in component selection and supply chain logistics
• Ability to perform risk assessments and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Excellent customer service and operations skills
• Experience in clinical trial operations is a plus
• Possess business acumen and critical thinking abilities
• Knowledge of production and workstation support
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong research skills and ability to resolve complex issues
• Ability to work with service providers and interfaces
• Creative thinker and problem solver
