Supply Chain Operations Associate – Growing Biotech Firm (Bergen County, NJ)

This role is essential in ensuring seamless order processing and supply chain operations, directly contributing to our mission of delivering life-changing treatments to patients.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have experience using ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and fulfill customer orders, maintaining an accurate inventory management system
- Ensure timely and complete delivery of customer orders
- Enter and maintain transaction data in the company’s ERP system
- Address and resolve customer service inquiries efficiently
- Proficient knowledge and experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Demonstrable experience with ERP Solutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven experience in forecasting and demand planning
- Ability to create and manage KPI Reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Health Pharm / Biotech industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures
- Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in the industry. Requirements :
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or order fulfillment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Experience in life sciences or other regulated industries is a plus
- Prior experience using an ERP system (preferably NetSuite )
