Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain processes and procedures from scratch in a rapidly changing environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts related to supply chain operations, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate across departments, including finance and operations, to align supply chain objectives with broader organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting on key metrics and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within the supply chain.
- Adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment while prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a supply chain or financial analytics role preferred.
- Strong accounting and finance acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Expertise in inventory management with a proven ability to optimize inventory levels effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an environment of change and ambiguity, taking the initiative to build processes and procedures from the ground up.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain software, with familiarity in ERP systems being a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
