We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager in Boynton Beach, Florida. The selected candidate will play a key role in leading our purchasing and inventory management operations, as well as managing our international vendor relationships. This is a crucial role that involves sourcing materials and components from global suppliers, optimizing costs, and supporting our overseas manufacturing operations, specifically in the HVAC industry.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies that align with our business objectives and contribute to our production operations.• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers across international markets, prioritizing quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery performance.• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with global vendors, while managing risk and ensuring compliance.• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demand, while avoiding surplus and obsolescence.• Collaborate with diverse teams including manufacturing, engineering, and quality to ensure supplier capabilities and performance.• Supervise supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance reviews.• Proactively address any supply chain disruptions or quality concerns.• Work with vendors and our internal accounting team on vendor payables management and purchase forecasting.• Ensure that all procurement and vendor management activities are properly documented and comply with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and ISO 9001 controls and internal audit standards.• Use NetSuite ERP for purchasing, inventory tracking, and reporting.• Stay informed on global trade trends, tariffs, and compliance regulations.• Regularly provide reports and insights to leadership regarding sourcing performance and opportunities.
