We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Support Associate to become a part of our team in New York. As a Support Associate, you will be primarily involved in preparing and executing on-site appointments, managing service desk tickets, and maintaining client care standards. This role operates within the industry, utilizing skills such as Office 365, Google Workspace, Mobile Device Management, Service Desk Tickets, and Networking.Responsibilities:• Execute on-site appointments in a manner that aligns with our mission statement• Recognize and relay client-initiated changes to our remote support team to prevent client care issues• Maintain and manage your provided on-site toolkit• Collaborate with your team to handle client tickets according to best practices• Respond to escalated tickets from the Manila Service Desk and tickets assigned directly to the Service Desk• Properly manage your workload and calendar to meet our contractual SLA requirements• Inform the Service Desk Queue Manager and SM when you are unable to handle incoming requests to maintain our SLA commitments• Account for your time accurately and document your assigned tickets, along with updating our internal documentation according to best practices• Prioritize and escalate tickets, potential sales opportunities, and client care situations in a timely manner.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
