Olivia Quinlan from Robert Half is hiring for a IT Support Project Manager in Rome, New York. This role primarily involves managing local hardware infrastructure, providing second line technical support, and facilitating IT training for staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and operation of servers, phones, PCs, mobile devices, and security systems.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with technology vendors.
Deliver second-level technical support for desktop computers, applications, remote access, phones, and smart phones.
Develop and conduct both group and individual training sessions to enhance staff understanding and usage of technology.
Utilize tools and Windows 10 for various IT project management tasks.
Manage the Windows Server and ensure its optimum performance.
Handle computer networking tasks to ensure seamless communication and data exchange within the organization.
Second line support, troubleshooting for all technology support issues.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server environments.
Strong understanding of computer networking principles and applications.
Prior experience in IT Training, with the ability to educate team members on new technologies and processes.
Exceptional team player with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
