You will be the first point of contact for our team, supporting drivers and ensuring all incoming calls are directed to the appropriate department. Responsibilities:• Handle 30-50 inbound calls daily through the switchboard• Direct calls to the appropriate department or contact person• Provide prompt and efficient support to drivers by answering their inquiries• Operate multi-line switchboard systems and manage a high volume of calls
