Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks. You’ll ensure that IT infrastructure runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently to support business operations.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware and software.Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of critical IT infrastructure.Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and file systems.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across local and cloud environments.Maintain data backups, disaster recovery systems, and security protocols.Ensure systems are patched and up to date with the latest security updates and compliance standards.Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to support business technology needs.Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions as needed.Assist with onboarding/offboarding and user training related to systems access.
