Administering and maintaining Active Directory for optimal user and system management.
Leveraging Microsoft Azure to implement and manage cloud services.
Applying skills in Nutanix to ensure the smooth operation of our virtualized environment.
Managing and maintaining Windows Server 2019 to ensure system stability and security.
Delivering high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving user inquiries and issues.
Managing the Service Desk to ensure effective ticket resolution and user support.
Exhibiting emotional intelligence when interacting with team members and users, fostering a positive work environment.
Implementing strategic IT projects to improve system functionality and user experience.
Using project management skills to oversee IT projects from conception to completion.
Creating and managing system images for efficient hardware and software deployment.
Requirements
Proficiency in Active Directory, with the ability to manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Strong customer service skills, with the capacity to efficiently address and resolve technical issues.
Emotional intelligence, with the capability to understand and manage personal emotions as well as those of team members.
Knowledge and experience in Image Creation, particularly in creating standardized system images for deployment.
Ability to implement strategies, demonstrating a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, with experience in managing and deploying cloud services.
Familiarity with Nutanix, particularly in managing and supporting Nutanix infrastructure.
Project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure completion within stipulated timeframes.
Experience in Service Desk Management, with the capacity to manage service desk operations and staff.
Expertise in Windows Server 2019, with the ability to administer, configure, and troubleshoot servers.
