We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join a growing company on the Northshore. In this role, you will be handling data analysis, configuration tasks along with providing IT support through the company's Human resource management system. If you are tech savvy, love business process improvement, working with data and have HRIS experience, we are excited to talk with you! This role is full-time offering benefits and bonuses. The role is fully onsite in the Lacombe, LA area
Responsibilities:
Analyzing data and generating reports using various technologies including Jira
Configuring and maintaining the HR system to meet business requirements
Working to ensure efficient system operations
Implementing cloud technologies for data storage and backup
Maintaining and managing Active Directory
Employing Agile Scrum methodologies in project management
Creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents
Utilizing backup technologies to secure data
Providing support and resolving issues with various business applications.
Requirements
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is essential for managing projects and tracking issues.
Ability to manage Active Directory is a must for network administration and security.
Agility in Scrum methodology is required for efficient project management and team collaboration.
Proficiency in Backup Technologies is necessary to ensure data security and recovery.
Capability to produce Business Requirement Document is essential for clear communication of system needs.
Knowledge of HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is beneficial for managing employee data and processes.
