- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and optimal selection processes.
- Regularly monitor and iterate on recruiting processes to ensure best practices.
- Track key recruitment KPIs, providing regular updates to hiring managers and senior management.
- Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct exit interviews and utilize feedback to improve candidate attraction and retention strategies.
