Robert Half, a globally recognized staffing agency, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the medical field. The successful candidate will join our dynamic HR team and be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and identifying qualified candidates for key roles within our medical-focused clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of our healthcare clients.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job openings, job requirements, and the best sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation processes.
  • Negotiate and extend job offers while ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards.
  • Develop and maintain networks for sourcing qualified candidates through online job portals, networking, direct sourcing, employee referrals, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast future hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies to fill those needs.
  • Maintain candidate data in our HR systems and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Create compelling job descriptions to attract top talents.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Represent our brand at career fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and optimal selection processes.
  • Regularly monitor and iterate on recruiting processes to ensure best practices.
  • Track key recruitment KPIs, providing regular updates to hiring managers and senior management.
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct exit interviews and utilize feedback to improve candidate attraction and retention strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Exceptional ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
  • The ideal candidate should understand healthcare industry dynamics and maintain up-to-date knowledge of top healthcare professionals.
