Talent Sourcer

Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Talent Sourcer in the industry of recruitment, located in White Plains, New York. This role is focused on supporting a sourcing team operationally, primarily in lead generation and data management.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in lead generation activities, particularly following conferences
• Carry out data entry tasks related to contact information, titles, bios, etc.
• Perform data cleanup operations to prepare leads for recruiters
• Review and sift through data with a high degree of accuracy
• Utilize Excel for organizational purposes, not necessarily for analytical tasks
• Flexibility in role functions and tasks
• Experience with GEM (CRM) and Greenhouse (ATS) is beneficial but not mandatory
• Previous sourcing experience is beneficial but not mandatory
• Ability to adapt to a data/analytical role if necessary
• Utilize Ceridian for HR tasks
• Carry out auditing tasks as required
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in the role of an HR Sourcer is essential.
• Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems, specifically Ceridian, is required.
• Candidates should have a strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
• The ability to conduct different types of interviews is necessary.
• Must have a track record of designing and implementing sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in auditing and maintaining records of sourcing activities is required.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Candidates should have the ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates.
• Must be well-versed with social media, job boards, and detail-oriented networks.
• The capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately is required.
• Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong decision-making skills are necessary.
• Applicants must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
