• Addressing and resolving tax-related inquiries from customers
• Monitoring customer accounts and undertaking appropriate actions when necessary.• Possess comprehensive knowledge in Taxation
• Expertise in Corporate Tax is necessary
• Proficiency in Partnership Tax is required
• Must have experience in Tax Preparation
• Ability to interpret and implement tax laws
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or relevant certification is preferred
