Responsibilities
- Accurately processing tax provisions
- Overseeing corporate tax operations for 5-7 years
- Utilizing Adobe Acrobat, ATX Tax Software, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CCH Sales Tax in daily tasks
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations using Compliance software
- Maintaining documentation for auditing purposes
- Balancing tasks between Big 4 Public / Private mix operations
- Implementing SAP in managing and organizing tax-related activities
- Performing various accounting functions to support the corporate tax department
- Managing the annual income tax provision process
- Addressing and resolving any tax-related issues as they arise
- Position title: Tax Director/Manager - Corporate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in using ATX Tax Software
- Knowledge of CCH ProSystem Fx
- Familiarity with CCH Sales Tax
- Ability to use compliance software
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions
- Experience in preparing annual income tax provision
- Skill in conducting auditing procedures
- Ability to ensure compliance in all tasks
- Strong documentation skills
