The successful applicant will be a key player in advancing the mission and achieving the strategic goals of the unit within the industry.Responsibilities• Provide leadership for the Travel, Entertainment, and Miscellaneous Reimbursements team and the Tax Services team• Implement strategic planning support within Business and Financial Services• Oversee areas where errors may significantly impact the unit or campus as a whole• Manage systems for travel, reimbursement, and tax treaty verification• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and system-wide policy and regulations in areas of oversight• Represent the team in system-wide and campus-wide meetings and discussions• Use compliance software efficiently to manage and monitor corporate tax compliance• Maintain accurate documentation and records using Microsoft Excel• Oversee accounts payable processing and disbursement operations.
Salary : $115,000 - $160,000
