Responsibilities: • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for efficient task completion.• Operate CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax for accurate tax preparation.• Employ Drake Tax Software for various accounting functions.• Maintain and update allowances records as necessary.• Offer excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Manage and understand deductible, applying it accurately in tax preparation.
