We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing projects that impact both consumer-facing products and internal systems/tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant business impact through high-priority projects requiring timely execution with exceptional attention to urgency and quality.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage complex projects involving new product launches or internal systems.Bridge communication and collaboration between various teams across the organization.Drive on-time and quality completion of projects while coordinating with all relevant stakeholders and partners.Manage escalations, anticipate trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to drive deployment of new products.Ensure clear and timely communication with all parties involved in the workstreams to earn trust and deliver resultsOnsite 3 days per week, and 2 days remote.
