Our client is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work onsite in their downtown Minneapolis office.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and effective technical support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues
Operate and manage Microsoft Office 365 applications to support business operations
Use Active Directory services for network management and user authentication
Work with Microsoft Windows operating systems to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Employ your skills in Deskside Support and Desktop Support to enhance user experience and resolve issues
Provide End-User Support, assisting with hardware and software problems and providing solutions
Harness your knowledge of Cisco Technologies and Computer Hardware to maintain and repair systems
Utilize Citrix Technologies to support virtualization and networking functions
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a technical support role within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 for various administrative tasks.
Solid understanding and experience with Active Directory, including managing user accounts and troubleshooting issues.
Strong skills in Microsoft Windows, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Proven experience in deskside support, including setting up and maintaining workstations.
Demonstrated ability in desktop support, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Experience in providing end-user support, including training users to use technology efficiently and assisting with technical issues.
