Responsibilities: • Develop technical documentation using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe RoboHelp• Implement AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies in the documentation process• Comply with AP Style guidelines for all written materials• Perform auditing to ensure the accuracy and quality of technical documents• Communicate complex technological concepts in a clear, concise manner to a diverse audience• Maintain computer hardware documentation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate• Incorporate information security and information security management principles in the creation of technical documents• Continuously update and refine technical documents based on user feedback and changes in technology.
