The role demands strong technical skills, ability to work independently, and excellent time management.Responsibilities:• Create SPbinders from original documents provided by clients using our paperless source document preparation tool.• Ensure effective organization and management of time to meet deadlines.• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the required technology tools within your responsibilities.• Utilize your problem-solving skills for independent decision making.• Use your strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.• Show flexibility in working overtime to meet the high demands of the busy tax filing season.• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.• Gain proficiency in a variety of tax software and company tools.• Develop basic to intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.• Undertake specialized training for tools and processes.
