We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle titles and registrations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process vehicle titles, registrations, and other necessary documents for new and used vehicle sales.Verify accuracy and completeness of title documents before submission.Work with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to ensure timely processing of titles and registrations.Resolve title discrepancies, including lien releases and corrections.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all title transactions.Communicate with customers, banks, and financial institutions regarding title-related inquiries.Ensure compliance with state, federal, and dealership policies regarding title processing.Process and distribute title paperwork to customers and lienholders in a timely manner.Assist in processing out-of-state title work and handling title transfers.Support other administrative tasks as needed within the dealership.
