We are in search of a Title Clerk to join our team in Estero, Florida, this role provides a permanent employment opportunity. As a Title Clerk, you will focus on maintaining and organizing critical customer data, processing applications, and responding to inquiries. The role also involves monitoring customer accounts and implementing appropriate action when necessary.Responsibilities:• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.• Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries coming through the title email box.• Receive, scan, barcode, and file incoming titles.• Pull requested titles, reassign them to buyers, and complete lien releases and/or affidavits when needed.• Request duplicate titles as needed.• Call for titles/MSO not yet received for vehicle purchases.• Store unprocessed titles in a fireproof cabinet.• Ensure correct reassignment and prompt mailing of titles.• Document research and updates in necessary systems.• Maintain a ‘Best practice sharing culture’, striving to find ways to improve service.
