We are in search of a Title Processor to join our client in Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania. This role offers an ongoing contract employment opportunity in the industry. As a Title Processor, you will be tasked with managing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and handling customer queries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions.
Responsibilities :
Ensure that all aspects of the title and any associated legalities are addressed so a real estate deal can be finalized smoothly.
Review title documents and analyze title report to confirm that the title is clear and marketable
Clearing title issues
Preparing closing documents; organize and prepare essential paperwork, such as deeds and settlement statements
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a Title Processor role or similar within the real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Proficiency in email correspondence, managing detail-oriented communication with efficiency
- Certification of a Notary Public preferred but not required
- Experience in Title Curative, showcasing the ability to resolve complex title issues
