A mid-size law firm in Seattle is looking to add another Paralegal to their Transactional department. This role will work alongside attorneys on Business, Real Estate, Corporate, and other transactional matters. Candidates must have strong experience handling closing documents to be considered as this is a key part of this role.Responsibilities:• Efficiently process and manage all aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence, preparation of legal documents, and coordination with involved parties.• Conduct detailed title searches and review closing documents in real estate transactions.• Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to facilitate smooth property sales and purchases.• Draft and assemble legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements, stock purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary agreements.• Handle administrative tasks related to completed transactions, including document filings and recordkeeping.• Maintain detailed client files, including all legal documents, correspondence, and transaction records.• Organize and manage due diligence materials within virtual data rooms.• Interact with clients, outside counsel, and other stakeholders to gather information and update on transaction progress.• Track the status of necessary documents, approvals, and filings to ensure a smooth closing process.Firm offers full benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K with profit sharing, 17 days PTO, hybrid work options, transportation coverage, bonuses, and a collegial work environment.To submit your resume confidentially please send to Sam(dot)Sheehan(at)RobertHalf(dot)(com)
