Our client is seeking a seasoned Treasury Analyst for a 3-6 month contract in Waco, Texas. Onsite preferred, flexible once trained. This position needs to maintain day to day treasury activities and keep things current.
Competencies Required for Role :
- Understanding of Treasury, Accounting, and / or financial analysis experience.
- Working with and managing large data sets.
- Excel proficiency- advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices (debits / credits, reconciliation, etc.)
- Highly detail oriented and able to think critically about problems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
- Adaptable to a fluid work environment with ever changing priorities.
- Reconcile banking activity on 1 to 1 basis
- Contact stores about questions on certain transactions
- Oracle Fusion
75% Bank reconciliation focusing on the 1 to 1 match of Bank statement transactions to Oracle ERP system transactions
10% Liaise with shared services (AP, AR, payroll) and BU’s related to cash management activities
10% Liaise with Retail Store Staff related to cash management activities
5% Bank account management
