Robert Half Legal is partnering with an international, AM100 law firm that's hiring a Trust & Estates Legal Assistant with at least 5-8 years of experience to join their Private Wealth practice group. This Trust & Estates Legal Assistant is responsible for providing support to attorneys in the administration of all aspects of trusts and estates in probate within established administrative procedures. This position is paying between $85-100K plus bonus and phenomenal benefits. In addition, this firm offers a highly flexible hybrid WFH schedule and they have a phenomenal firm culture. Trust & Estates Legal Assistant Responsibilities:Prepare, edit, and organize heavily formatted documentation and forms such as wills, codicils, trust agreements and amendments, powers of attorney, designations, limited partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, transactional documents, planning proposals, etc.Prepare and edit correspondence, memoranda, and emails. Proofread written communications.Manage and maintain attorneys’ calendars, make travel arrangements, schedule appointments and meetings, arrange for conference rooms, and schedule conference calls, including domestic and international participantsOpen new client matters and request conflicts of interest checks. Draft engagement letters for each new matter.
