What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trusts and Estates Paralegal position at Robert Half?
The LA office of a national firm is seeking a new trusts and estates paralegal. The attorneys in this practice group have a great reputation for retaining their support staff and treating them with respect. This is a new trusts and estates paralegal position they are adding due to growth. My team has placed three other paralegals and legal assistants with this firm in the past few years. They all still happily work here! The ideal trusts and estates paralegal will have:5 years of transactional law experienceTax, estate planning, wealth transfer, and/or probate administration experience Experience drafting estate planning documents from templatesExperience preparing individual and fiduciary income tax returns, gift tax returns, and estate tax returns Experience with GEMS, Lacerte, Lackner, Wealth Counsel, or similar programs is strongly preferredA bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate are preferred, but not necessarily required This firm has NO BILLABLE REQUIREMENT for their paralegals. Once onboarded, this paralegal will have the flexibility to work from home 1 day/week. Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
