Key job responsibilities
- Deliver on business and customer outcomes using design artifacts spanning both high and low fidelity to drive consensus around the optimal user experience
- Oversee development of detailed user-interface specifications, guidelines and pattern libraries. Assist in documenting edge-cases and providing recommendations for design library improvements.
- Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups in Figma as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
- Analyze customer problems to create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
- Consider market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints/opportunities, user research findings and drive data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with the Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing teams.
- Regularly present your work to leaders and executives for review and feedback.
- Create UX that balances consistency across all our platforms with mobile and device specific needs.

You will also work closely with engineering, product management, marketing, company leaders, and our customers to successfully go from early-stage concepts to launch. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. You are a thoughtful, dedicated and a creative self-starter with industry experience in shipping compelling user experiences to millions of customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of enterprise design experience
- Experience with design tools such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Knowledge of usability and research principles and techniques
- Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research), creating personas and journey maps
- Expertise with Figma and FigJam
- Proven track record of shipping successful digital products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows in a e-commerce or marketplace is preferred
- BS or BA in design or related industries
