Overview
We're seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our team working on internal-facing applications for call center agents. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to design research strategies, conduct both qualitative and quantitative studies, and help shape product direction through user-centered insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand business challenges and promote user-centered solutions
- Design and execute research strategies aligned with product goals and OKRs
- Conduct a variety of UX research methodologies: heuristic reviews, surveys, usability tests (moderated/unmoderated), interviews, eye tracking, etc.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively across all organizational levels
- Analyze data using tools like Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric to complement research strategies
- Create and manage Customer Journey Maps and Service Blueprints
- Track product performance using quantitative UX metrics and continuous feedback loops
- Contribute to scaling UX research through ResearchOps initiatives and tool management
- Manage research tools, participant recruitment, and specialized equipment like eye-tracking gear
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Computer Science, Psychology, or related field
- 5 years of hands-on UX research experience in enterprise or matrixed environments
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience with remote research tools: UserZoom, UserTesting, Userlytics, etc.
- Familiarity with design/prototyping tools: Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, Adobe CC
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric
- Skilled in Excel or other tools for analyzing large datasets
- Ability to effectively present research and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Visual Design, Psychology, or related field
- 7 years of applied UX research experience
- Experience in the aviation industry
- Background in scaling research practices and building research repositories
- Field research experience with unionized workforces
- Familiarity with AI applications in UX
- Strong organizational skills for managing and labeling complex design flows
